Sr. Environmental Scientist
Ms. McCallister brings fresh ideas and current environmental science knowledge to ECCI. Recognized as a leading environmental science student by the Arkansas Environmental Federation through award of their most significant scholarship in 2004, and recognized by her university as a Magna Cum Laude graduate, Ms. McCallister is provided challenging project responsibilities and has demonstrated an ability to redefine project approaches to be more efficient and effective.
Ms. McCallister's experience with systems at industrial and manufacturing facilities includes preparation of annual hazardous waste reports, air permit recordkeeping systems and spreadsheets, EPA Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, and other compliance-related recordkeeping system and incident documentation.
Ms. McCallister also has experience in the real estate appraisal and building inspection area. That process experience has been beneficial and allowed lessons learned from those projects to be applied to investigations and evaluations undertaken as an environmental professional. The technical writing, research, and field inspection experience directly adds understanding and insight to environmental investigation and assessment procedures.
Ms. McCallister currently is focused on environmental investigations, data gathering and analysis, and preparation of reports. She has had lead responsibility for preparation of environmental baseline studies for Army reserve installations in five states. Her lead responsibilities include property historical research, interpretation of data and information from multiple sources and databases, technical writing, development of summary conclusions and action recommendations, and management of project schedules.
