Sr. Environmental Scientist
Mr. Haynes is a specialist at Clean Air Act implementation programs, specializing in coatings and processes which result in emissions of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). He has taught compliance classes for state and EPA inspectors, and developed sophisticated systems for facilities to cost-effectively track emissions.
During his 15+ years at ECCI, Mr. Haynes is focused on air permitting and compliance of state and federal regulations pertaining to permits. He has developed a series of environmental programs designed to guide the plant towards compliance with its Clean Air Act and NESHAP requirements. He has negotiated directly with state and federal regulators, which resulted in minimal disruptions to production during the implementation phase of a myriad of air compliance programs.
