Mr. Kite has completed numerous ECCI Clean Air Act projects which have built on his previous experience in the petrochemical and natural gas industries, specializing in sulfur recovery and amine treating. His responsibilities at TPA Howe-Baker included comprehensive process design, increased capacity revamps, start-up assistance, and troubleshooting of process facilities. Project types ranged from complex process studies to detailed grassroots process design.
Since joining ECCI, Mr. Kite has focused on environmental projects related to Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and OSHA’s PSM requirements. Mr. Kite has used his industrial experience to help structure compliance programs and permits to provide operational flexibility. Mr. Kite’s Clean Air Act experience includes New Source Review (NSR/PSD), Title V, and minor source permitting, compliance, recordkeeping and reporting. Mr. Kite has also continued with ECCI in his role as a process engineer to troubleshoot process issues.
